  1. Is there some big delay in clubs being made? My son was fitted at Club Champion in June. The order was sent by his TPI instructor to Titleist for the clubs to be made. It’s now almost the end of August and he still doesn’t have his clubs. I keep reading where it only takes a few days for the clubs to be made and then shipped. We are at 11 weeks!

This is a User site, and we can only guess what is happening. You should find out the order number generated by Titleist to either the instructor or Club Champion.

Was the fitting done with the Gen 2 or Gen 3 heads? If for the Gen 2 irons, it may not be possible to fulfill the order now (my guess). You shouldn’t have to, but someone should check with customer service with the order number.

Either placing the order or doing f/u for sake, it must have fallen through the cracks on your vendor. ..My guess. Even if Titleist is/was waiting on components, status updates are available on checking.

That is odd. I was fitted July 26th and had my clubs in 1.5 weeks.

I was fitted for T350's +3/4", 1 deg up graphite shafts at the PGA SS Studio. Ordered on 08/14 and my irons arrived today. Only took 15 days from order date to receipt. I believe that is pretty quick. Now if only this storm would pass so I could hit them!

Just a thought but they may be stacking up orders to save a few bucks on freight. Ask them what the actual date was they placed the order.

Titleist doesn't own the entire process...grips and shafts are often the delay in the process as they often come from elsewhere. So, you'll see some folks on here saying they got their clubs in 2 weeks, others have been waiting months...

Was the order placed thru Club Champion? If so that is who you need to be contacting, the point of origin. They have the order number and can contact Titleist with a follow-up to see where they are. This is your best bet.
