    I just got the name plate for my LL bag and it is held on by Velcro. It does not seem to be the best connection. Has anyone had any problems with it falling off or am I just being paranoid?

    No...it stays on very well...at least in my experience.

    Mine is holding on with no problem. The ridge on the base where it fits in seems to protect it from anything pulling against it that would pop it off.

    I have prior year’s bag and didn’t get my custom initials on it. What is the process or is it too late to get my initials on the name tag?
