Having some new shafts put in my t200 irons. Found that hthe headweights are all over the map throughout the set. My understanding is there should be a our 7 gram increase from head to head up the set. Some are 4, some are 5, some are bang on. Has anyone run into this before?

Depends on the shafts you had in them. If you had factory AMT shafts, then there will variations on the head weights to give you consistent swingweights throughout the set.

Had project x lz shafts, I understands the head weights will be different but regardless, they should be a consistent 7 grams or so difference from one head to the next.

I have the AMT black in my t200 and I’m not a huge fan to be honest. I’ve been debating pulling the AMT for some modus 105. What are you replacing with?

I'm looking at a very similar thing. Was fitted for T200 irons and don't like the shafts that are in them (LA Golf Tour AXS Red 85R). They are just too light for me at 85g before cutting. So did some testing over a few weeks with different heads/shafts. I was going between the AMT White S300s and Project X and I like the Project X better at 120g before cutting. From doing as much research as I can so far, I'm finding that heads have a tolerance of up to 3g sometimes...so, one head could be 3g light, another 3g heavy, throwing off the gap by up to 6g! So, instead of a steady 7g progression, you could see a jump of 13g between two clubs and then a few grams between the next two...My issue is I ordered the T100S 9-GW with the Project X LZ shafts and they are amazing. So, now I ordered the rest of the set (5-8) but it'll be a while before they come...So, ordered just the shafts to replace in my current T200 irons to fill that void until they come, then I can switch them back and sell them...So, my issue is trying to find the head weights of the T100S irons I have that are already assembled without ungluing the heads and starting from scratch...but may need to if the swing weights between the T100S 9 and T200 8 is too big...
