  1. Titleist needs to seriously consider moving away from FedEx as their main delivery service. I ordered two SM9 wedges that shipped separately, only one day apart from each other. The first one has been traveling across country for a week, apparently by turtle. I got the second delayed notice today, and it appears to be moving further away from my home now. The second one is still sitting at the Oceanside CA FedEx office for just under a week now. Maybe the boys at the FedEx office are practicing with it. Why these two were shipped separately after waiting since the order date of February 17th is beyond me. This isn't an isolated incident either. When Titleist shipped my T300s last October, FedEx actually lost them for a few days. When orders are shipped late, Titleist should ship them 2nd day air. We pay up front and wait months for the product. Be better Titleist.
  2. Monday will be 18 weeks since order for me. Can't get a straight answer from anyone at Titleist about when they will arrive. No indication of urgency, no reassurance of priority when components arrive, no estimated time for build. Basically they've held money for four months and ignored me completely throughout that time. Great business model.

  3. Ordered in switzerland a T-200 series, on 04.10.22 , with stock shaft (AMT BLACK S), stock grip, with just up 2°... still waiting...that's discouraging....
