I just got a free Leupold from a company I work with. Used it Monday and I liked it. Pinseeker and true yardage technology works well. Pretty accurate compared to my Garmin watch. Kind of cool having two points of reference for my distances.

A little late on this post but I’ve used several popular gps apps on my cell and on my iPhone. They work well to certain extend but I notice they drain my battery out on course. The Garmin Z82 is best of both worlds. Laser with the ability to see the hole layout with distances to bunkers and other hazards. It also has slope reading including weather such as wind direction that can be turned off when playing tournaments.

I sometimes wish I could look at my watch and quickly find a yardage when you are punching out of rough but recently started to incorporate a Stackaline yardage book with my range finder. This is helpful to notate the club that was used and the location of each shot.
