MEET LAYNE

Layne Savoie is a co-founder of WedgeCraft, a wedge play data collective he and Dr. Rob Neal created that is committed to developing a comprehensive model for learning the short game art form through coaching and science-based methods.

A New Orleans native, Layne has been a playing professional, teacher, NCAA coach, and PGA professional. With a love for competitive golf and player development, Layne has studied under some of the best teachers in the game and has coached All-Americans, PGA Tour and U.S. Open Champions. He holds certifications from TPI, the Golf Machine and AimPoint. He currently teaches at The Blackburn Golf Academy at Greystone Country Club in Birmingham, AL.
