I was playing in the Nature Valley Amatuer Championship. It was the last day of the tournament and we had been called in because of heavy rains. They were going to call the round because everyone had finished nine holes.
Fortunately the rain let up and we were able to go back and finish. I played sixteen and was the first to hit on seventeen. It was windy and wet. After I hit it I knew it had cleared the water and made the green, which is the most important part on that hole. I saw it hit and watched it roll about four feet into the hole. I couldn't believe it. I t was my first hole in one and to have it on that hole was insane-crazy.
