It's my wifes birthday - # 51! I sneak out of the house to go play 18 holes of golf at Stoneridge Golf Course in West Lakeland, MN. On the 7th hole a 158 yard par 3 - I draw an 8 iron to an elevated green - it appears to have hit 8' to the right of the hole and goes hard left into the cup. When we arrived at the green - there was only 1 ball on the green - we looked long and didn't find a thing. My playing partner checks the hole only to see my ball in the cup. So after drinks in the clubhouse and a presentation of a bottle of special Vodka from the course - I make my way home to try and hide my emotions - impossible - she forgave me in the end.
