My son, Stewart, who has been playing competitive golf since age 6, got his first hole in one on April 30, 2012. It was at J.S. Clark Golf Course in Baker, LA. It was the 5th hole, from 80 yards and he used a GAP wedge. He also had 2 birdies, and 6 pars during this 9 hole tournament for a 4 under, and won the tournament!
Now that he has basically narrowed all his sports participation to golf, he is steadily lowering his handicap. Now, 13, from the men's tees.
