Personally i use and would recommend the hybrid. It gets the ball nice and high so you can stick greens and it is much easier out of the rough than a 2 iron. Also works well off the tee. But try to hit all 3 and see which one you like or fits your game…
I use golfsmith shaft epoxy with good results. It is easy to find, holds fine, and releases with heat, the three things you need in a shaft epoxy. However, it ain't high tech so if your local golf store has shaft epoxy it will be fine. --Jerry
