If you would like your irons reshafted, your Head Pro can set that up for you.  We don't sell the shafts as a separate component.

I heard the release date for 712 irons will be november.  However you might want to check with a certified Titleist fitter a few weeks prior to the launch date. Fitting clubs (sometimes) go out early.
