The next question I have is, will freq. match shaft service do any good for adjustable driver like 910D3. The shaft will move around if you change the settings anyway.

That shaft is pretty awesome and it's very stiff and low torque so it may enhance the draw. I suggest changing the setting to C-1 (I assume you are right handed!)
Those spin numbers are a little high for me anyways. The C-1 will take it down to 7…
