• First Hole in one.

I managed my first hole in one while golfing in Tuesday league at Hilly Haven Golf Course in DePere, WI. I accomplished this feat using a 60 degree Vokey SM6 lob wedge on hole number 8. 8 was playing short that day, right on 100 yards! Two bounces and…

  • RE: SM9 - M or D grind.?

I have a 58.12D and changed to a 56.10S due to the firmer conditions where I play in S Carolina. Just too much bounce. Also other wedge is a 52.08K love both of them. Work well for me and the conditions here. Very similar to you guys, Brock.

Early on in this thread I replied, "Freelance writer. Home office. Play golf most days, write mostly mornings and nights. Sometimes well into the night. Play 150-200 rounds a year." That was last year. Things changed.

    In the beginning of January…

  • RE: AP2 716 or 718

Cheers. Fantastic answer. I was thinking of the t100 or 200 if I could get my budget to allow. But was reading mixed reviews in terms of forgiveness. Most said ap2 were in the middle of the t100 and t200 and I saw the 716 ap2 for a good price locally…
