    If it was noticeable enough for you to hear, I think I would contact customer service (info at the bottom of the website) or whatever retailer/pro shop you used to purchase the club.

    This is normal now as most TSi orders are replacements for older Titleist drivers which use the same tool. Go back to your club and ask them to contact Titleist. Titleist will then send you an adjustment tool.
