• RE: The Best Greens You've Ever Putted On

Unfortunately haven't played too many "high end" courses. Best I've played is Rancho Solano GC in Fairfield, CA. They were very pure imo.
  • RE: Head Weight Adjustment Needed?

Thank you... I wish Titleist had stuck with the 45 inch standard. 12 grams is a lot to add with lead tape or weights (not available). Went back to the 915 at 44.5 and I am hitting fairways again!
  • Sycamore Springs Golf Club -Nate langhals

Tonight I achieved the imaginary ONE in Arlington Ohio. A perfect night for the perfect 155 yard 8-iron into a light breeze. Wasn’t sure if it hopped over the green or into the hole, but a quick walk provide it was a one hop dunk for an Ace.

  • The Grand Prize

I was playing a two day tournament and was on my 4th hole on the second day. It was hole 6 at Cateechee Golf Club in Hartwell, Georgia and on the teebox with us was the grand prize for an ace on 6....a 2021 Ford Bronco. The yardage was 167 so I hit my…

On a brisk and breezy Sunday morning, 23 May, I stepped on to the tee box on the par 3 Hole # 4 after just recording back-to-back double bogeys. Although the shortest par 3 on the course at Rheinblick, this hole has eaten my lunch over the past 3 years…

  • PGA Championship

Wow... That was quite the closing day for a Major Tournament. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the round. The back and forth on the first 5 holes was unbelievable. I don't think one could have scripted it any better ! That is a few big wins…

  • 1st Hole in One

We played The Oconee course, my mother in law Gina, her husband Gary, & I. They are members here & live on the course. We started on the back 9 & I was playing pretty good. 4 over at the turn. Once we get to the front 9, I started playing better and better…

  • Hole in one

Also, I want to give a shout out to Brian Guevara, who made a hole-in-one today on number 7 at Glenmoor. It was an amazing shot! For those that want a reenactment, the hole was playing 157 yards from the blue tees, with what Brian may call, “hurricane…

  • What are the odds?

The foursome was enjoying perfect May weather in SC, very little breeze. The shot carried the ravine, the stone wall, the front bunker, and we heard a clang when the ball struck the flag stick. In the jar on the fly. I got to buy the beers.
