The move to C2, while adjusting lie to more draw, moved the effective club face from 0.5 degrees open (standard) to 1.5 degrees open. Looking at the chart, moving up one row (like A2 to D3) increases loft but also moves the club face to 0.5 degrees closed…
Thanks for the clarification. I like a little closure to minimize side spin, so I'll probably not try D1 (LH). I was getting too much pull on both B2 and C3, but A1 did straighten that out.
