Hello,

I' have a 17 hcp index and play stiff shafts in my driver and 3 wood. I hit my driver 250 on avg. I have been playing another companies 18 degree hybrid with a regular flex. My typical miss with this club is it balloons high and will fade a little to the right. 

Should I be playing a shift staff?  I know my swing speed would help but I am not sure what it is. I was switched to a stiff shaft at a demo day and it has greatly improved my driving. 

Also, what degree would you recommend I purchase if i am looking to get 210 to 215 off the tee with my hybrid for the par 3s on my course?

Thanks for your advice. I am ready to break my current hybrid. i've only been hitting it 190 to 200 and was told I would be hitting it 210 when I got fit for it last year.
