Golf Ball Marking

    Recently while playing golf a titleist ball was found with an unusual marking. I wonder if anyone could comment on what it indicates or is it a trial ball of some sort. I include a picture for your assistance. I can be reached by e mail attached.

    The Pro-V1 Star is a limited release used by a small number of Pro's.

    While the majority of contract players use the stock balls you can play, there are prototypes and small special run balls in use. One more current limited edition ball is the Pro-V1 Right dot that has been available in limited numbers to the community. The Pro-V1x Left Dash was another model that was previously a limited release to the pros.
