  1. I’m usually really busy working long days and weekends so I don’t get to go out and play as much. Usually about once a month if I’m lucky. I’ll shoot a round of mid 80s and than come back a month later and shoot a round low 90s. But I feel like I don’t have the consistency to say which ball i am truly hitting the best. I stick with prov1 usually. But how can I be more sure that that ball is truly right for me ?

I’ll bet you don’t know ahead of time which day you get, the good, the bad, or the ugly.

You can schedule an online fitting from this website. Based on what you know about your ball flight and driver and 7 iron distance, the advisor can recommend 2 balls that can work with your game. Which ever they recommend, and whichever one you prefer, you should play that one consistently. It is the only piece of equipment you use on every shot.

At least take the on-line ball fitting test which may validate your choice or it might point you to another model. The best question to ask yourself would be, "what do I need most in my golf ball?" It might be that you are a low ball hitter and feel like height would help you hit more greens, or maybe its a need for a low running ball due to playing all your golf in firm, windy conditions, or maybe you just want maximum feel on shots and putts. Each of these questions has a ball that performs better for that situation. Once you pick one, try to stick with it for a while to develop your overall feel with that ball. Good luck and good playing.
