For those who have used both, is there a noticeable difference on forgiveness? Haven't been able to get a fitted for a driver, mainly because I don't have a Club Champion near me, and I get a discount with them (fittings cost $$$). I know the obvious answer is to get fitted, but if not, just curious on the thoughts of people who have used both?

I'm currently playing with a cally Big Bertha Alpha 815 with an X-Stiff shaft.

I went and got fitted and between the 2 and the 3 my numbers were almost the same. I was told to go with the 3 but it was pretty much what my preference was. I went ahead and got the 3 and months later decided I wanted to try the 2 so I made the switch and have been hitting it since then. I do think the 2 is a little more forgiving and my launch is a little higher with the 2 but honestly I’d play either one and be good with it. I would just go hit them and go with what feels best to you.

Started with the TSi3 @ 9 degrees and it worked well. Tried the TSi2 @ 10.5 and had better numbers
(Spin, launch and carry) ProV1x and after market shaft.

Compared them with the same hosel settings and the TSi2 came out on top every time.

Tried both, and even as a 5 handicap was able to find the center of the TSi2 more consistently than the TSi3.

I started with a Tsi2 and it was a nice club, very nice looking. It launched way to high for me. I would say it definitely was a solid driver it just didn't fit me like the TS2 did. So then i switched to the Tsi3 and it brought my launch down. I was surprised to see that I didn't notice any lacking in the forgiveness category. Both drivers are great looking when you set them down and they are both easy to hit when you're swinging well.

I was fitted at club champion and the TSI2 was the most forgiving while still being a bomber. The TSI3 was more workable but I don’t need to shape shots very much. I can hit a repeatable cut with confidence across the face within a mishit. I also love the look of the TSI2 at address.

    Hope this helps

I went to my favorite fitter (Titleist certified with 35 yrs exp) and he recommended the TSi3 11.50* with a Fujikura Speeder 661 TR S shaft. Based on our numbers 2200 ball spin and carry of 225 yards and accuracy seemed the right club for me 9Trackman). For me height is a good thing and with low ball spin can reach optimum distance. At my age (will be 76 on 09/10) have respectable results.
