  1. I have a tour ad di7x shaft that cracked near the hosel during a cold weather round a few months ago. The shaft was purchased aftermarket on eBay. Does anyone have experience with sending shafts back to graphite designs? Any help would be appreciated.

You'll need to either reach out to GD in Japan or Pro Choice, who is the USA distributor.

You will need to contact Bill McPherson at proschoicegolfshafts.com. I was a distributor for them before retiring. They are good about standing behind the product if it was purchased and installed by an authorized dealer. I'm not sure how they will handle an online aftermarket purchase. Hoever, it is worth a call or email to try.

Good luck. You have a 50/50 chance. All they can say is no in that you bought it aftermarket on eBay and not from an authorized dealer or the could say yes. Go for it. Wishing you the best. One reason I am not an eBay shopper. Just me. =)
