Titleist builds drivers to a stock SW of D2-D3. You can specify a SW on any Titleist club ordered for you. The TS2 weights are no longer available from Titleist. You can check eBay for third party weights,

Looks like 9 g is std, and there are 17, 19, and 21 g weights to add SW. Also labeled +8, +10, and +12 g. Not sure why you have a 14.5 g and it still feels light. You may want to check with a shop to check the current SW. Although, single weight are inexpensive, you can buy all 3 and play with them.

I assume you are referencing the TSR2 as the TS2 model was quite a while back. As for swing weight, you can have it ordered with one of several different interchangeable weights so I would recommend doing a fitting to get the one that feels the best and gives you the best numbers. Titleist also sells the weights so you can always order a few through any authorized Titleist dealer and adjust them yourself.

Hard to say without knowing the specific club, head weight, shaft, length, etc. of the 2 drivers. Lots of variables that can make a club feel heavier.

The great part about drivers now, just get some different weights (either order through your club pro or alternative vendor online) and plug and play. They can be fairly cheap - $10/ea. Just know what you have in now, buy something heavier, then test on the range to see what you like.

You could also buy lead tape from a lot of different online retailers and add it to the bottom of the club. It could be a little more sensitive when adding tape closer to the heal or toe of the clubhead. Don't have the concern when buying the weights.

You can internet search "assembled swingweight calculator" you will find it reasonably accurate in measuring swingweight.

You should also be able to take you driver in to any local golf shop and get the swingweight measured without any hassle. Most usually have the swingweight scale somewhere accessible to customers.

Stock should be D4. What is the playing length? If it's less than 45.5" that would be why it feels light. You would need to add 2g weight for every 1/2" less than standard.
