  1. I am currently playing a Vokey 400 series wedge, exactly 452.08. Excellent camber, size, etc. Which Vokey 52 of a new models with grooves not against rules is the most similar?

The Vokey SM10 52 degree is only offered in the F-grind so that simplifies the situation. The .08 in the 452.08 is the bounce. You can get the SM10 52 in either 12 degrees or the 8 degrees you currently play. So, if looking for most similar, it would be the SM10 52.08F gap wedge. If that's your highest lofted wedge you play, you might consider the versatility of something like the SM10 54.08M for being able to open the blade on lob shots but still play sand with adequate bounce.

For loft and bounce, the 52-F that is 8 degrees. There is also a 52-F 12 degree bounce option.
I know the original Spin Milled wedge with the logo in red was banned based on groves. Not sure the 400 series was included. In any event, how sharp are the groves on a wedge over 15 years old? This one is beautiful but may be time to mount it on a wall.
  4. There are many internal difference vs outside aesthetic similarities....
