I have a 14 cart bad and most all of the little “toggles” (the loop of material attached to the plastic the hang from the zipper for easy open and close). I’m not sure if I could buy these from Titleist or if they’d be willing to send me some out of the goodness of their heart. It’s getting to be time for a new bag but just not in the funds at the moment. Figured I’d check here and see if it would be something Titleist could help me out with. TIA

If you trying to contact customer service, here is your best avenue:

You can reach them at 800-333-4200. They are available Monday-Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST.

Team Titleist is made up of loyalists like yourself. I love the 14 bag and had one for over three years and never had the issue you are describing. Am retired and play three to four days a week. Their warranty is good for only one year on golf bags, which is listed below under warranty, care and repair.

Additionally Titleist does not sell replacement parts.

    Best of luck.

I would recommend attending a Team Titleist event near you or the nation TTI if you're lucky enough to grab a spot. Otherwise, occasionally Titleist will launch some products on the website. You just need to check often to see if new gear is added.

You must have an older version of the Cart 14. I too have a Cart 14 that is over a year old and all the zippers have metal pulls, no loop ties with plastic. I am sure Titleist will not have what you are looking for as they do not carry bag parts on the current versions (except some replacement bag pockets for embroidery), much less older bags. The bags are manufactured from an overseas plant that has no parts supply overstock due to the cost prohibitive nature of that sort of operation. Seems like a pretty easy add with some thin nylon rope as a DIY if you need to extend the zippers.
