Hello Team Titleist

My Player 4 started to rip above the pad for your back and it was replaced by Titleist. The replacement bag after 6 months has started to rip in the same area. I know Titleist will not replace it again. The Titleist rep told me it was a known issue but they will only replace the bag once.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I could repair it.

The photo is not my bag but it shows which area of the bag needs to be repaired. My rip is only currently 2 inches long.

Does anyone know if this is known issue on the Player 5 bags as well?
