I had a none invasive surgical procedure on my lower back on Friday July 2nd. I called my nephew and asked to book a tee time somewhere for Monday July 5th he called me back and said we have a 6:36 am tee time at High Point Golf Club. The drive there was very foggy and an hour away. We tee off and it was a guessing game because of the fog for the first several holes. On hole number 6 I was explaining to my nephew and his friend how I was struggling teeing off with my irons. So on hole number 7 they both teed off and it was my turn. I remember thinking just keep your head down and still. I address the ball and hit one of my best iron shots in weeks. I saw the ball fading and my nephew said unc it's fading towards the hole. When we got to green I saw Frank and Bryan's Golf balls on the green and my nephew Bryan looked in the cup and he went nuts. My ball was in the cup with my two red dots mark facing up. We high fived so long the guys on the tee box started cheering. the feeling was unbelievable and I still get excited telling the story.
