I was playing with my regular threesome as part of our Thursday golf league sponsored by St. Stephen’s Catholic Church at Iroquois Golf course in Louisville, KY. Just an ordinary round until we got to the par 3 hole #3. Being seniors we play from the senior tees. Yardage from senior tee is 145. In order to get a nice high carry, I hit my five wood from that tee. The ball landed just in front of the green and was rolling onto the green towards the hole. One of my playing partners exclaimed, “it went In The hole!” I didn’t totally believe it until I rushed up to the hole to see my yellow Titleist Tru feel in the bottom of the cup!
