I achieved my 2nd hole in one in 41 years of playing golf at the age of 61 It happened on 25/11/2025 at Boldon Golf Club on the 14th hole (stroke 2 on our card) . The hole normally plays 392 yards off the yellows , but because of green staff are doing drainage work to the 12th green , the tee box has a temporary tee hole shortened to approximately 250/270 yards I took my tee shot using my TSR2 driver cleared green side bunker pitch the green , roll 15 yards up the green and find the cup for an ace (6 points stableford score on the card ) a tee shot of 255 yards.
