On June 18th, 2026 my buddies and I decided to take on a challenge in Bloomington Illinois. The challenge was called “the longest day of golf”. This meant, we would play 54 holes of golf in one day. I was up for the challenge, but didn’t know I was going to make a memory of a lifetime.

The first course was The Den at Fox Creek, which was designed by Arnold Palmer. I loaded up the cart, grabs a sleeve of Pro V1’s and hit the course. At 8:20am we pulled up to Hole 8. I grabbed my range finder and walked back to the tips yelled, “it says 229”.

I then grabbed my 4 iron and placed my Pro V1 on the tee. I lined up the hole and fired away. Right away I knew I hit a sold shot, because the ball felt so soft as it left the club head. The ball flight was a slight draw into the front of the green, and it rolled toward the pin.

I grabbed my tee and said “that should be close”. However, my buddy said “I don’t see it, it might be in!” I didn’t get my hopes up, because the angle didn’t allow us to see the ball go in the hole.

I pulled up to the hole and my ball was not on the green. My heart sank with excitement and I thought to myself “no freaking way”. I ran up to the hole, and lone behold, my Pro V1 was in the hole!!!!
