  1. I just had my TeI3 refinished. I wanted to make sure the shaft was on properly and aligned so went to the PGA Superstore because I heard good things. They ended up putting a scratch right across the insert. Ugh. I’m just south of Boston. Anyone have any luck with any places buffing out scratches or have any know how?

Should have sent it directly to the Scotty Cameron Studio

    Oh that's too bad, man
I'd just leave well enough alone
Trying to buff it out is going to make it look worse probably, and you'd lose all that awesome face milling.

I can't imagine the store manager wouldn't make good on it somehow for you. They are responsible for the scratch.
    Play Well,

Contact the PGA Super Store Headquarters and have them pay for replacing the insert. You probably should have left it there until a solution. I think once you pick it up, you own it.

Really surprised the PGA Superstore did not take care of the situation. Hope you brought it to their attention when you noticed it. They do a lot of business with Titleist and FootJoy. I would speak with the store manager regarding their error, not a department manager nor a supervisor. If you do not get results go to their website and write to their headquarters and send them the pictures. Sometimes following steps in a kindly manner helps get results. Good luck and please you know what happens. I always end my letters or emails with "your attention is appreciated in this matter". Asking versus demanding goes a long way. Just sayin'.

Never let PGATSS work on your clubs! They don't know what they are doing and most of the time you are getting high school kids.

They should have made it right and replaced it or fixed it.
