    I have been experimenting with this one, interesting since it is like a squareback slightly....

    Really like the larger flange...

    I have the NP 2 + 34 inch and just love it. Did have to put 10g weights though. Just felt to heavey with the 15s. Would like to have seen the pistolaro grip also on the plus model

    Larry I currently am using the NP2.5+. The shape and profile of the head is very confidence inspiring. I consider the face to have a mid-mill and gives a nice feel/response when the ball is struck. The slightly wider flange is very nice. It really hits the sweet spot between bigger than the original model and a full on mallet, so it is a very good compromise.

    I have the 2023 Newport super select I love it as I guess I’m really old school but I’ve tried these models but still more comfortable with this model

    I'm a long-time NP2 user, switch to a Squareback2 few months ago who has the same shape but a larger flange.
    It is a more forgiving mid-mallet configuration.

    I feel like the 34 inch Super NP 2+ a little heavy with 15g. I put the 10s in and feels better to me. And will probably replace pistolini with pistolaro

    I just picked up a Newport Plus and looking forward to getting it into play. I played the Squareback for a while but never could get used to the wide blade and the NP/NP2 was just too slim. Hopefully this NP+ will find a spot in the bag.
