  1. I have the new Fastback OC(Onset Center) and need the total length to be 32.5". The putter is currently at 34". I know that I will need to increase the weight, but what about the forward shaft lean? Will that need to be increased by a couple degrees?

It is already a sizable investment. You probably should go to a pro shop with a SAM lab or similar and get it adjusted to you, including cutting it down. You may need to get the loft/lie adjusted as well. It’s not worth anything if the ball hops or skids or requires you to adjust your stroke to hit a line.
  3. That is a good question...I do not think it would change since it is only an inch and a half. You should shorten it and try it...then consider making adjustments at that point...

I ordered a 36" OC putter and have shortened it slightly and not needed an adjustment IMHO.

    Cheers!

I may be incorrect (and if I am, please enlighten me!), but wouldn't trying the putter simply gripped down going to tell you what you need to know regarding loft, shaft lean, but NOT weight? You should be able to get a feel for how it will behave at the shorter length as where you will be gripping it will essentially be what you will have when you shorten the putter.

According to the specs, the different length putters don't have different shaft lean or lofts, so hopefully that will help make you feel more comfortable as well.
