    I never push the kiddos into sports...waiting patiently for them to decide they want to play or take-up the game. So when my youngest (almost 5 years old) asked for "his own clubs" for Christmas I was really happy. But until yesterday he hadn't shown any interest in hitting his clubs...then he asked me to take him to the golf course! This was from our first driving range outing - proud dad!

    Great for you Jaggz! I have two boys myself (ages 6 and 2). We've had some great times out on the course when it's quiet. I'll chip and putt while the 6 year old spends some time hitting the ball around and more time looking for turtles or playing in the sand. Regardless, I'm really excited that they're going to be able to grow up around the game and I'm hopeful that they will one day have fond memories of their summers at the club. We're actually going to look at new clubs tomorrow for my oldest. I guess you could say I have a little bit of an itch being that it's 2/1 in Southeast PA we have a storm coming, but I know we will be out on the course soon.
