    Have been wondering how do tell if the recently purchased box of ProV1X are 2014 or 2015?

    Purchased at Christmas from local Golf Smith (my Christmas to myself) and was wondering are these the new version or old version.

    They are probably the 2013/2014 version.  The 2015 version hit store shelves in mid January.  Check out one of the golf store web sites and you'll be able to see the difference in the packaging and side stamp (go to golfsmith.com).

    The stock on the shelves prior to January 23th, and around $39.99 was the 2013 release.  The 2015 release has a dramatic new box pattern and the best current street price of about $48.  You still have just about the best ball in golf since Titleist development is evolutionary and not revolutionary.

    THe new 2015 have a "broken" alignment line, compared to previous model with a solid line. Hope this helps. Regardless of model, Keep in Short Grass!!!
