I got may 690 mb's (3-pw) re-gripped with the Golf Pride new decade multicompound (white) grips last year playing off a 2 handicap. I felt they made an instant difference to my whole iron game, especially with the shorter irons and one year on, i'm now playing of a plus 1 handicap. New Grips really do make a difference. Check out my 'golf clubs set-up' in my profile to look at all of my gear. Titleist all the way!!!

  3. Hi James -

Here is the link to Golf Pride's grip selector tool.  Hopefully this will help guide you in the right direction...

I'm also a big fan of the Golf Pride New Decade MC. I don't think you can go wrong with those. Great feel and work nicely in all conditions.

Without a doubt, the Golf Pride New Decade is one of the best grips going. I switched last year to this grip and it is the best one I have found. They may cost a bit more, but I have them on all by clubs but 2 and they will be converted later this season.

I went through a whole process over the past few months trying new grips and I ended up with the new Lamkin Performance PLus 3gens, they stay tacky no matter what and they are half the price of the new decades.

I just regripped my AP2's with the Lamkin 3Gen's and they rock. Lamkin also just released this grip in more colors (blue and red).  Great grip, great price and way cheaper than the IOmic sticky grips.
