  1. I have been longingly browsing the Titleist Japan site for weeks now and after much research online I cannot find a Japanese Titleist retailer where you can order Titleist Polo Shirts and other clothing items. There was a thread a couple of years ago and a US Member here mentioned he had an Ebay Japan supplier who he ordered through. The Japanese Titleist clothing looks amazing and wondered if any Team Titleist members could point me in the direction of how I can buy some items! Many thanks, Gary

  2. Gary, these can be found on eBay among other secondary sellers however beware lots of counterfeits.

Be careful about sizes too. Their “large” shirts are about the same as our “small” shirts.

Here are the "secure" sites for Titleist in Japan and their catalogs. Just remember Titleist does not ship outside Japan, just like Acushnet here does not ship outside the US. They list retail stores there, under Titleist Shop in Shop, with phone numbers and a link to the stores, but again do not know if those stores ship outside Japan. Shipping from foreign countries can have large addons with tariffs.

It would be great if we could get some of this apparel here. I have enough hats and would love to have enough polos to wear them with.

Titleist used to dabble in the clothing business via a partnership with a company called Corbin. Two problems, one was the amount of inventory and turnover required in the clothing business and the other, the impact to direct competition within the Acushnet family (FootJoy). The decision was made to focus on golf equipment and leave the clothing to FootJoy. You can get your hands on some FootJoy shirts with Team Titleist logos by going to the big Team Titleist events or at the TT store at the end of the Ball Plant #3 tour.

Chris: Dale and I have the same feelings about folks who get one here and complain about not not getting any peeps about TT gear or merchandise, but yet those show now effort thru their posts. We are both TT Ambassadors, very active and do not get free stuff. We go to events and spend our hard earned money for gear. Sympathy, we have none. Emails are sent out when gear is available for purchase to those who are most active, but I guess that would leave you out. Sorry pal, as Dale says, we hate to be harsh, but me I call them as I see them. Be a part of the solution, not a part of the continuing problem on this site. Be active, organize an event in your area, be positive, attend a Team Titleist Invitational and meet some our great members. Also welcome to Team Titleist. If you are active you will find that we are a friendly bunch that have a passion for Titleist and the game of golf but yet have a low tolerance for complainers about our community. Just sayin'.

Wow. That response certainly builds an air of collegiality and camaraderie. “Sorry pal” is definitely not how an ambassador should respond.

As a former (20 years ago) club pro I have quite a bit of spec stuff I was given by sales reps, both Titleist and Footjoy but it has all seen better days or is very dated.

For others wanting Titleist logo items, a buddy of mine who is a club pro shared with me how he handles the lack of available options from Titleist. He purchases the patches listed on eBay/Poshmark/etc. and has them sewn on.

I have followed suit several times and now have some amazing Titleist x Travis Mathew shirts that drip tour quality.

I have been reluctant to do the same with Scotty Cameron patches as at least Scotty does put out quality clothing through his collaboration with Peter Millar.

    Jus’ sayin’

The Team Titleist Invitational was held at Bandon Dunes in 2020. If you can't make an in-person event, Team Titleist regularly schedules Titleist Talks events online; announcements of those events will be posted in this forum. You will need to register for those Titleist Talks. In some of the Titleist Talks, prizes are offered to selected attendees, so the opportunities are there if you seek them out.

Well, maybe 2000+ relevant and insightful posts instead of eight for a start. Then consider organizing something local by contacting Allan or Lisa and you might get a few small items for your event. We held the Team Titleist Invitational in 2020 at Bandon so you can't really say that there have not been big events in the Northwest. Again, this is not a merchandise charity site, its a community of product enthusiasts that just happen to occasionally get items that we almost always pay for. Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh but that's the reality. I flew from San Diego to Tampa to join up with the Titleist group last month. I don't need the events to be local to participate.
  12. If you want to get creative and use a shipping service and they will give you an address in Japan. They will receive and put your items in a new package and send them on to you. Good luck with sizing if you go down this route.

As one of the newer contributing members to Team Titleist, I had the chance to attend my first TTI last month at Streamsong. I also got to connect with Dale, Chuck, Chris and a few other ambassadors while there.

All of them are great guys and we all share the same belief in not asking for handouts.

To any new member or individual thinking of joining Team Titleist, please note you’re joining this site for the love of Titleist, Footjoy and Scotty Cameron products AND not for what free stuff you can get. It’s not cool, stop asking.

Attend events like the TTI, or local. If no event in your area, organize one (like I would like to do in Orange County), attend the product Zoom calls. Be active on this forum with good posts and comments.

Eventually you might get a flash sale notice, or something in the mail, but that is the rare exception and not the expectation.

None of us want to be harsh or come off as rude but at least once a week there’s a post about “where’s my free….”
