T250U iron issue

    Hi All

    has anyone had any issues with the ferrule on the T250U iron i have had mine 2 weeks and it has completely snapped off the club so i have to assume that this was faulty from the start but whats the best way to go about getting this repaired

    Happened to me today, head straight off the bottom of shaft at ferrule, not sure if this is more common than it should be or not. Wasn’t even a bad strike, rarely ground fire and had it for 2 weeks, shouldn’t really be happening
