Traded in my old SM -5 wedges (56 & 52) for SM - 7 wedges (50 & 56). The 56 has a swing weight od D5 which is much heavier than my older 56 SM-5 wedge. Was going to get the SM-8 60 to replace my SM-5 60 degree but notices it is also a D% swing weight. Is there a way to get the weight at a D2 & how could I get the swing weight on my 56 SM-7 to a D2 weight.

You can order even an otherwise "stock" club/wedge from Titleist and specify they build it to a specific swing weight. They will let your shop know if they can accommodate. Off the rack or otherwise unspecified, which the SM7 may have been, may require going to a heavier grip as the only recourse.
  3. You can have the grip pulled and add weight to the butt of the club. I’ve had it done to a couple of my clubs. Any shop can do this for you.
  4. Drill the back of the wedges like the pros do.
