UPDATE: Ordered a TSi4 head (shaft was a Fuji Evo VIII 661 X-Stiff direct from Fuji) on 4/9/21 from my local preferred club fitter.

TSi4 delivered to my club fitter 5/28.

    7 weeks to the day.

Much longer than I was told (2 weeks). The only saving grace was the fact that it rained almost nonstop in those 7 weeks so I didn't play nearly as much as I normally would have.

Tis a mystery. Judging by other’s comments, the T100S seems to be forever. But the shortages are spotty. I ordered a TSi-2 hybrid LH 19 degree on 4/29 and the update today is the shaft and grip are in stock but the head is not due until 6/21 and expected shipping may be 3 weeks after that. Glad you got your hybrid.

Besides getting production from outside the US and shipping issues from available ships to backups on the docks, I am curious if CA work rules also limit the number of production lines for “social distancing”. Oh, for something that looks like 2019 if we can get back to the old normal.

I just got fitted today for my T 300's 4 thru pw. 1/2" long and 2% flat graphite shafts. Will have them delivered to the store with no grips. The grip shortage seems to be holding up a lot of the deliveries will see what happens cannot wait till I get them. Then I can wear my TT Titleist hat....

Why do you wait so long to post the replies?

Michael, all posts and replies are read and approved before posting. You would be a bit shocked by how many people have opened accounts just to post personal messages and inappropriate information. The on-line administrators have multiple responsibilities and therefore may be unavailable from time to time to clear the backlog. Please understand and be patient as they do their best with the system they have. Also best of luck with your new sticks when you get them, knowing all companies are struggling with custom orders. Hang in there.

Ordered TSI3 driver and TSI2 fairway both with Tensei av raw tx 2.0 shafts end of May. Kind of regretting it after reading these comments. I have some big amateur tournaments coming up in July too. Bummer
  7. I have the Tensei white 75tx 2.0 and 85tx 2.0 shafts on order for my driver and 3w. This is week 7 for the driver shaft with no update from my club pro. Just waiting to see which one comes in first. I'm glad I have some alternative shafts I can use till they come in.
  8. Ordered 2 new fairways and a hybrid during a fitting day at my club in late April. Fitter guessed about 2 to 4 weeks, but after talking with the Head pro, he said it would likely be June. Fingers crossed!
  9. Ok, still waiting.......
  10. Ordered my TSI 100s irons on May 30th, called and was told the heads were expected to arrive on June 21st, expect a weeks build time, so around July 1st which is exactly what the order confirmation said. Keeping my fingers crossed. Noticed Golf Galaxy stopped taking some custom orders on these irons. The good news is the golf boom is good for everybody, including courses that had been struggling to make a buck. 62 years old and swing speed has gotten into the mid 80’s. Was playing the Epic driver with a slay 55 gram shaft. Moved to the TSI 100 driver and a 40 gram shaft. Added 5mph to my swing speed picked up some yardage but the best thing is the number of fairways went way up as did my confidence. Jackpot!!!!!‍♂️
  11. Just followed up with Golf Galaxy and they are saying July 26th is there latest update from Titleist, sure hope the Titleist customer service rep I chatted with wasn’t yanking my chain when he said the heads would be in on the 21st of June with a weeks build time I should have them around the 1st of July…..guessing this is a total crap shoot and nobody really knows. Guess I won’t rush in to trade in my Hogan Ft. Worth black irons yet.
  12. Ordered 2 new clubs at separate times this spring. Each arrived in about 4 wks to New Jersey.

graphite shafts wish I could call in golf I mean sick tomorrow but can't so will have to wait till the weekend or maybe get off early Friday and give them a test run. Hope this mean's they are getting the orders out faster for the rest of you waiting for your clubs.

Ordered a set of T100 LH 4-PW with KBS Stiff, a stock u500 LH graphite, and some stock SM8's, and a TSI3 driver with Tensei Raw White the beginning of May. Haven't heard a peep out of anyone as to when to expect them, my Driver showed up after about a month, but haven't seen a thing as far as the irons, wedges or the u500. Just wondering if anyone knows what the hold up is on these, shafts?grips etc...
  16. Ordered t100 irons march 23. been told that they are going to be shipped on 3 different dates. Almost July and nothing has been shipped.

This is my best guess on what is causing the hold-up. I'm guessing that, during the past COVID year, most Titleist employees were achieving their personal best high scores in Candy Crush (I mean working from home). As they transition back to full time employment at the Acushnet offices, labs, and factories I can only imagine order fulfilments and deliveries will speed up to meet demand. Oh wait, how long do the antibodies last? Darn! It's almost July 2021. Put your masks back on, go home, continue playing Candy Crush (I mean assemble shafts and heads in your garages). After you get your booster shots, you can come back to work. Day by day folks, day by day.

I have ordered a Tsi3 Driver, 9 degrees, half inch short. 3 wood, 5 wood and 2 Tsi2 hybrids all with Project X shafts. All ordered on 6/17/2021 from PGTSS. I have received an estimated shipping date of 8/18/2021.
Does this sound about the same time frame as every one else?
  19. Ordered my T100s (5-PW) on 4/30/2021, modus 3 shafts, 2 degrees flat. Golf galaxy shipping dates sliding later and later!

I agree with most of the posts...we understand COVID supply chain impacts, but communication with loyal customers should not be negatively impacted.

I was fitted at the titleist headquarters in Carlsbad and received an email notification every time my order status changed. Why is this tool not available to golf galaxy?

“Hey andre, apologize for the delay in shipping, we are offering to ship irons w/o grips in order to expedite shipments”

I’m not only losing patience...I’m losing loyalty w/ Titleist and Golf Galaxy.

We are completely aware how frustrating this is and we are constantly looking to improve the consumer experience when ordering through a retail partner.

The reason you stayed updated for your direct order is that we had the direct relationship with you to keep you up-to-speed with communication platforms. Just about every retailer relies on a different platform to manage orders and they rarely sync up with one another. There are also consumer privacy concerns complicating the matters even further.

This was an issue pre-COVID and now the backed-up supply chain is just exacerbating the issue. Again, we fully realize this isn't a consumer issue and is something we are feverishly trying to fix for a better experience. Hope we figure it out before we lose our very valued loyalists.

I hope no one leaves, but if they do, they'll just wait with another OEM! Folks need to look at the housing, car rental, lumber, luxury goods market.. Delays everywhere.

Thanks, Allan, for the honesty and sincerity. I was one of those who experienced delays with another prominent nationwide fitting company, but now have my set of T-100S and SM8s in hand. The delays were understood but the changing stories were frustrating. While they aren't convenient for everyone, I know I will go out of my way in the future to go to a Titleist Event or make the pilgrimage out to TPI so I can work directly with Titleist. Cheers, George
  23. I think I have the record. Ordered my t400s on May 21. Told 3 to 4 weeks if I wasn't picky about the grips. Now after 12 weeks and no return calls from Titleist Customer Service, my pro got an answer from Titleist. The heads for my clubs won't be available until November. That's 6 months!! However they did offer to ship them overnight for free because of the 6 month delay. That's just insulting.
  24. Ordered a set of T200 +1" 2 deg upright w/ GP Jumbo Grips (4-PW, GW) through a fitter/retailer in SE PA on March 17th.

Original Ship date of 5/20 has been pushed back multiple times.

Update as of 7/2 was that the clubs were "entering production" sometime this week with shipment expected 2 weeks later.

Patiently waiting, hoping, and still playing my 25+ year old DCI's in the meantime. (Yes I was LONG overdue for an update)

I should note that the original order also included 2 SM8's (with same shaft, loft & grip adjustments) that arrived in late April. (5 weeks)

May 3rd order for TSi2 driver with stock shaft and three custom SM8 wedges for your bigger than the average bear lefty. Living in MA, with a short season compared to those in “warmer”climates I hope to have them before August. The only saving grace is we’ve suddenly moved to the Pacific Northwest weather wise and it feels like it’s raining two to three times a week. As some have stated, a simple communication from Titleist about the delays would go a long way. You know we’re a loyal bunch here but you have to reach out and tell us something.
  26. I ordered 3 weeks ago. Nothing. No update. Going to cancel. I found similar clubs by another manufacturer. Ridiculously poor customer service
  27. 11 weeks and counting for me. I understand the impact the pandemic has had on all manufacturing but the lack of communication by Titleist is inexcusable.

Think I would have checked with the store where I ordered them to see what the delay was before I cancelled the order. Mine was delayed a couple extra weeks because of the shaft. I called to check up. They have the titleist order number and can check for you if you are interested. Just sayin'. Enjoy you new clubs.

I wonder how the release of the new irons will be, will they be in time, or later because of the issues. I ordered a set with an expected ship date of Aug 26th, fingers crossed.

My guess would be that adequate quantities of heads will be available but some shafts and grips might continue to force delays. A few supplier countries and shutting down again due to the Delta variant. Hopefully not for too long. When touring the factory last week, everyone was very, very, busy and the had enough supplies for most orders to continue at max capacity. Those folks are Carlsbadasses and are doing everything they can do to keep up quality and push orders out the door.

I feel ya. I've been avoiding ordering a sofa as they quoted a 8-12 week delivery window. That being said, it would have been here by now and the wife isn't too happy with me. Probably wouldn't be the case in this instance though!
