I think the real issue here is the retailer that you bought the clubs from. They know that Titleist doesn’t put the tool in the box automatically. They know all it takes is a quick check of the box to get one included. If you bought them in-person they likely have a dozen or more at the shop and the simple question is, “Sir, do you need the adjustment tool?”

Likely poor customer service on the part of the retailer, not any level of arrogance from Titleist at all.

Huh that's odd. I recently bought a tsr3 driver and it came with a wrench.

Heck if it will keep you as a Titleist customer send me a PM with your address and I will gladly mail you one. I'll even give you the Titleist tool I received with my TSi2 driver.

When I ordered the TSR driver, 3 wood and 5 wood, I asked for an adjustment tool from the salesman. I have an old png one, but I have to say it is nice to have a Titleist one. I will probably donate the png one to First Tee...

Still have mine from my 910 driver, which came in a nice carrying case. If you are a customer where you purchase your drivers/fairways/hybrids most loyalists likely have one or two over the years. Most all brands are interchangeable now. Titleist and accounts do not hand them out freely as they use to, because most customers already have them. Alot go on eBay for sale, up to $30, asking price. Makes sense to me, not just handing them out carte blanche. Go by any Titleist account and ask for one. I have one in each of my three Titleist bags.

OMG. Tried to figure why I had posted and committed one of our sacred rules that you and I are always reminding folks of and saw that Brian had posted on September 10th and Don on September 12th and was following up on those posts. Have a lot on the mind lately. Meeting with the neurosurgeon on Tuesday. Got to get this back thing taken care of. Driving me nuts. Have not played in two weeks. Looked at my handicap posts and have only played 18 rounds since April. =(
