  1. I started going to Stretch Lab in early 2024. Been going for over a year and it has been very good for me. Consistency has been the key. I go every other week for 50 minutes each session.

Can tell the difference in my golf game over these past 2 seasons. My body and golf game are much more consistent throughout the entire year.

While I am younger (41) than other replies here, this season has marked a significant loss of flexibility for me. Focusing on all the basic hip flexibility stretches you can find with a quick YouTube search has been greatly helpful. Additionally, adding in a 25-minute kettlebell core workout a couple of days a week has also helped with my lower back, hips, and even neck tightness. My suggestion: find 5-6 stretches exercises that you actually enjoy doing and then do them 3-4 times per week and build from there.

Have gone thru the PT program, doing the exercises, gone thru pain management program and my doctor has done several epidurals on both sides of my lower back. When I return from Ireland we are to meet and have a consultation with my neurosurgeon to see if he can remove the bone spurs on L5 which is causing the pain. It will require two surgeries which will limit me for 6 months to a year. We have eliminated all programs to strengthen the core and pain, but need to eliminate the source. It's either this or give up golf and most everything else I do in retirement.
