    Hi Team Titleist,

    We recently held a special Vokey SM6 wedge and new Scotty Cameron Select putter event at our Titleist Performance Institute and wanted to share some of the pictures with everyone.

    Local Team Titleist members as well as members from across the country were invited to join us for the morning event.  

    It started in our new Club, Gear and Golf Ball room with a preview of our SM6 Vokey wedges and Scotty Cameron Select putters. With the anticipation of kids at Christmas morning, we headed out to meet Bob Vokey, the Titleist Performance Institute fitters, Spencer (who made a special trip up from the Scotty Cameron Gallery) and Jeremy and Mike, our two directors of Wedges and Putters.  

    We tried all the different wedges and putters, then  tested the new selections at our putting and wedge skills challenge and ended with a relaxing lunch on the patio. We even had an exciting putt-off to see who would be crowned putting champion.

    As one of the participants I'm still happy to have been there and can't help but want to return some time. All the invitees and our hosts mentioned along with Cathi and Kim were a pleasure to meet and spend a morning with and doing challenges and trying all the wedges and putters was iceing on the cake.

    First of all, thanks so much to Cathi and Chris and the entire Team Titleist Team for putting this amazing event together! Wow! It was beyond words. Cathi described it best. We were all kids on Christmas morning. I arrived an hour early after waking up at 5 am in my hotel room after driving in from Arizona. After a small meet and greet, we were introduced to the Voke! We listened to his wonderful stories and inspiration for the SM6 line then had the opportunity to have him watch us hit his wedges and give us tips. It was a great honor, exciting and humbling. Also there was Dino and Spencer who've both fitted me in the past, Mike who handles the Titleist staffers who greeted me as I drove through the Titleist gates into the parking lot and handled the putting contest, making us all feel like tour players with each stroke. Also there was Mike from Scotty's Studio/Gallery and Jeremy who took a great deal of time with my wedge play. The new SM6's are everything everyone says they are and the new 2016 line from Scotty is the best ever. To be able to hit the wedges and roll the putters on the pristine range and putting green at the greatest golf facility in the world with brand new PROV's stacked in the Titleist Shag bags was just pure poetry in motion. Oh, and before I forget, we all received a wonderful gift bag on the way out!!! Thanks so much to everyone at Titleist for allowing us to experience this amazing #TEAMTITLEIST experience!!!     IHi Cathi, I can't even imagine what a thrill it must be to even be there. Thanks for sharing. It is no wonder that Titleist is number one, not only in golf balls, but with everything else that it does for golf. That goes for all of Titleist employees as well. Your all in a class by yourselves.

    Remarkable Titleist Event at the Titleist Performance Institute

    Cathi and Chris did an awesome job in setting up this Vokey SM6 wedge and Scotty Cameron 2016 Select putter event. The staff was excellence!!!

    Everyone made all of us feel like we were part of the Titleist family. Having the opportunity to meet Bob Vokey and Spencer (Scotty Cameron Team) was outstanding, they both took the time to meet with each one of us to answer any questions we had about their wedges and putters. Me personally, I was looking for a new putter and I was amazed at how much time Spencer spent with me to help me select the right model. The awesome news in my new Newport M2 Mallet - Limited Edition 1st of 500 putter arrived on 05/11/16 and can’t wait to use it.

    This event was so amazing. They had putting and chipping contests setup for us, which ended with two of the Team Titleist members tied. When you have a tie you have to have a playoff. It was decided to have a putting playoff and after 3 holes of putting we had a winner. To conclude this event, they provided a nice lunch on their patio deck overlooking the facility’s club fitting areas, that included a long driving range, grass and sand bunkers and putting greens. It was absolutely beautiful. The event finished with everyone saying their good byes to the Titleist Team family. As we were leaving, Cathi surprised all of us with a goody bag that included some very nice golf items. The Titleist Performance Institute was an experience that I’ll always remember. It was a fun time with a great group of Team Titleist members enjoying our time with the astounding team from the Titleist family.

    Being a Team Titleist member gave me the opportunity to attend this event. I’m looking forward to more events to come in the future.

    Wow words cannot express how much I myself would enjoy such an event .being able to see and be part of that wow! I can't realize how much fun that was.just to try the clubs and putters and the advice on what to use as I've said in many other repleys Titleist is such a first class company to take care of the real people who use the products (all of us)

    I did a Titleist Thursday, but I'm sure it's not the same...meanwhile, it's been a week and I'm still waiting for my rep to send me my spec- I guess he's having trouble locating what we've worked on. (sigh)

    I did the Titleist Thursday on the first day and the tech rep gave me my specs for the AP1 irons on the spot. Spent a good 45 minutes with me and now have a new set of 716 AP1 irons and SM6s with all new specs which differed a good bit from my 714 AP2S. Billy is an awesome job as he always does in the Charleston area. Like you said, Noel, a bit of envy and not the same, but Titleist came thru again.
