    Yes Bill, many days in October are actually better than some of their summer days when the fog and wind kick up. Might get short sleeve weather days, might not. Always pack layers and rain gear, just like you would if headed to Scotland. Closest thing you will find to Scottish golf in the USA. We go every winter, usually in December.

    This is what I posted on page 1. Once you confirm registration opens and you are confirmed a spot, I would contact the Bandon Resort. Here's their policy regarding walking:

    From the Bandon Dunes FAQs:

    Bandon Dunes is walking-only, however riding golf carts are available to all guests with a permanent disability that prevents them from walking their round. Such a request must be arranged with documentation prior to arrival. Call 541-347-5795 or email Old Macdonald Head Golf Professional, Jim Reid, at jreid@bandondunesgolf.com to inquire about eligibility.

    Excited that today is the opening of the Sheep Ranch. We won’t be there until October but I am still celebrating today. If you ever get the chance to go and/or participate in future TTI events, try your best to go. You won’t be disappointed.

    I was wondering jus the other day if the event will go forward and if so, how will it change. It would be great if the organizers could offer any comments they may have.

    Allan is talking with them but it's a bit early to know all the impacts. Bandon is open and they had a pretty big crowd for the opening of the Sheep Ranch but are operating under some social restrictions. We hope those will be lifted by late summer and have no impact towards how we traditionally gather up for meals and awards. Expect some better details around August.
