Titleist canada warranty questions

    it was a TS3 that failed on me. i put a big crease in the face about 3/8" down from the crown. it was probably 1.5" wide and ran parallel to the crown.

    the 915 i bought just to tide me over during the wait is doing the same thing now.


    i do tend to hit the ball higher in the face (which is ideal as it increases launch and decreases spin), but the faces don't seem to hold up super well to it. i'm really hoping the TSI3 with its stronger ATI face won't suffer the same fate.


    i'm not a super fast player, maybe 106-108 club speed, and play left dash. so i'm not convinced i'm overpowering anything.

    i got my TSI today. super happy about it. the saga has come to an end.

    have a tee time tomorrow for its maiden voyage.
  3. Hello Everyone, glad to see that William had some success in getting his challenge resolved. Is anyone else having issues with the Canadian Warranty process. I have been attempting to have my challenge resolved for about 6 months now with no replies back from Titleist. When I call Customer Service I am told to keep sending emails that never get replied to and now the warranty is expired. Created a new thread this morning but don't see it posted yet, I guess its been rejected. Very frustrating ...
  4. Hello Everyone, I just wanted to pass along a quick update .. I received some follow up from the team members of the Acushnet Canada organization this afternoon asking for some further details. Very appreciative for the follow up where they expressed their apologies for the challenges that I have encountered. As others have experienced, Titleist Customer Service typically responds in a very positive manner.
  5. Hi There, once again Titleist Customer Service has gone above and beyond in resolving challenges that pop up every once and a while. I just received an e-mail informing me that a replacement part in addition to a few tokens of appreciation for supporting the brand has been shipped out to me. It's been said many times but this is another example of Titleist making things right !
